水晶擁有悠久的歷史，世人對水晶不單純追求美麗，更甚者是為了水晶的神奇力量及守護作用。混用不同的水晶進行配搭，配合個人星盤的了解和結合，達至願望促成。水晶設計亦根據客人的命格、職業進行打造，成為客人的最佳飾物。

概覽

  • 專屬客人，度身訂造 

  • 根據客人的願望要求及星盤配合相應的水晶

  • 客人不能自行選擇水晶設計及水晶配搭

  • 每一年都可作水晶更改或加強，並且交由Roy和助手Nora作為檢查及維修

收費

  • 價錢取決於客人願望及手圍，由$2000-3000不等

  • 所有水晶都經由Roy和Nora親自選購，來自有信譽的中介商及世界各地水晶打磨及製作工場取得 

  • 水晶更換需額外收費 (參考注意事項)

訂購

  • 聯絡我們，或請以Whatsapp聯絡 +852 5400 1153 預約時間到訪小店，由Roy即場配製

  • 如若Roy本人不在港，配製程序如下：

    • 請以Whatsapp ＋852 5400 1153 聯絡我們

    • 填寫資料表及願望表格 

    • 等待Roy報價後，會先由客人FPS / 銀行過戶預訂後，再預約時間到本店取回 

  • 製作時間需時，預一個半星期 (其間不接受客人更改)

  • Roy會為客人選擇最適合的水晶配搭後，由Nora製作及講解

  • 如客人並未能到本店取回，可選擇順豐到付

  • 如客人居住於海外，亦可通過郵寄收貨，郵費自付

注意事項

  • 所有水晶購買及維修都必須預約並確認，不接受 Walk-In

  • 水晶每八個月起可進行替換 / 亦可以維修或不作任何更改 (取決於客人的轉變或願望需求)

  • 水晶如斷線或配飾全生銹，可預約時間更換，永久免費保養

  • 水晶第一年包兩粒水晶更換 (只適用於水晶損壞，如更換其他功能的水晶則跟據情況收費)

  • 所有水晶都經過消磁 / 頌經 / 薰香，詳細可參考保養卡

  • 水晶並非萬能，客人自身亦要努力

  • 如有任何爭議，Poker Divine 保留一切權利

With a long history, crystals have captivated people for their beauty, mystical powers, and protective qualities. Through the combination of different crystals, aligned with an understanding and integration of an individual's natal chart, desires can be manifested. Crystal designs are also tailored to a client's destiny and profession, making them the perfect adornment for the individual.

Intro

  • Customized designs, tailored specifically to each client.

  • The choice of crystals is based on client's desires and birth chart compatibility.

  • Clients cannot request specific crystal designs or combinations.

  • Crystal modifications or enhancements can be made every year, with Roy and Nora providing consultation and maintenance.

Pricing

  • Prices depends on client's wishes and wrist size, price range from $2000-3000

  • All crystals are personally selected by Roy and Nora from reputable merchants and crystal polishing/manufacturing facilities worldwide.

  • Charge for crystal replacement (Refer to Notes)

Order

  • Contact us, or via Whatsapp at +852 5400 1153 to schedule a visit.

  • Roy will customize your order in person and you will be able to receive the crystal in the visit

  • When Roy is not in Hong Kong, the customization process is as follows:

    • Please contact us via WhatsApp at +852 5400 1153.

    • Fill out the information form and wish list.

    • Upon receiving a quote from Roy, the customer must make a reservation by FPS/bank transfer before scheduling a time to pick up at our store.

  • Production time takes about one and a half weeks. No changes can be made during this period

  • Roy will choose the most suitable crystal combinations for the customer, while Nora will complete the design and explain.

  • If the customer cannot pick up from the store, they can choose to have it delivered via SF Express with payment on delivery.

  • If the customer lives overseas, they can also opt for delivery by mail, with postage paid by them.

Notes

  • All crystal purchases and repairs must be scheduled and confirmed; walk-ins are not accepted.  

  • Crystals can be replaced or repaired every eight months, or left unchanged. (depending on the customer's change or wishes)

  • If the string breaks or the accessories rust completely, an appointment can be made for replacement, with permanent free maintenance. 

  • The first year includes two free crystal replacements. (only applicable for damaged crystals; charges may apply for replacements with different functionalities).  

  • All crystals undergo demagnetization, chanting, and purification; details can be found on the maintenance card.  

  • Crystals are not all-powerful; customers must also put in effort for their goals.  ​

  • In the event of any disputes, Poker Divine reserves all rights.
